September 1st Sketch

Here is my take:

hello adventure

This photo was taken this summer on our adventure, back-country camping trip
into Algonquin Park.
We did a double portage to Hambone Lake with our puppy,
he did amazing!!
This layout was created entirely with Clique Kit,
isn't it amazing?!!

My title was easy, as soon as I saw this acrylic
word title I knew that was it!

 YOUR VIBE ATTRACTS YOUR TRIBE
is an altered card.
I cut it in half and fussy cut the feathers, then tied them together with some floss
The FLAIR is by:

ACCENT SCRAPBOOKING

We love back-country camping
- this is our attempt to show our love
I added some texture paste with a Tim Holtz stencil

 More of the Clique Kit altered - I fussy cut my dream catcher,
painted some areas with water paint and tucked it behind my photo.
& SMILE flair from ACCENT SCRAPBOOKING

Puppy love - Stuck?! Sketches! August 15th

Hi there!

I am sharing my latest

STUCK?! Sketches!

Design Team Reveal

Puppy love 

This is the newest addition to our family

My fur baby Pana [say Pan-na]

He is our (now)12 week old Olde English Bulldogge

I have to say, he is definitely my little shadow

and I love him to pieces!

He's just what I needed to complete our family.

I started with my BoBunny background patterned paper, layered patterned 

paper and I used a sheet of cork, inked it to add some
depth and got messy with some gesso
and cut files.

Here are some close ups:

 A layered cut file title, a wooden veneer heart,inked with 

Powder Puff Mocha Mama and I fussy cut a paw print, adding 

it to the middle of the heart.

 I embellished using EK dog house; wipe your {paws}

and matching ribbon

I will journal on the tag at a later date

 Look his face!!  Instant LOVE right?!

He has a dogge bed but first insisted on the cat bed, then my Littles'

Bean Bag chair

A bone to date my page

and a Gesso paw print

{heart}The NEW 40 - Stuck?! Sketches! Design Team REVEAL - August 1st

Hi there!

Today is August 1st.

A new month and a NEW Challenge 

over 

at 

STUCK?! SKETCHES!

{heart} the NEW 40

Today I am sharing a page about me.  My BIRTHday is in August,

so it's fitting to document me, on my 40th!!
My hubby was so sweet and surprised me with a

wine tasting party at Deerhurst Resort!
Just me and my closest friends and family - all 40 of us!

Here are some close ups:

 I mixed my title using Fancy Pants mini alphas, Silhouette cutfile

and My Minds Eye gold stickers and  a

wooden Flamingo - I LOVE Flamingos

 I created my own journal card: I cut cardstock and a

My Mind's Eye Live Life to the Fullest sticker.

I used a vellum bag to hold it in place.

Simple Stories: I AM collection patterned paper and 

photo frame.

Adorned and layered with enjoying the little things sticker tags, along

with a gold arrow and altered flair

TODAY tag and a gold arrow with a heart.

Both pictures I Bling-ed with

Martha Stewart glitter paint - just what a girl needs!!

Timbits SOCCER - Stuck?! Sketches Design Team REVEAL - July 15th

Hi there!

We are half way through July!

and that means a 

New Challenge  

and 

DESIGN TEAM REVEAL

at
STUCK?! SKETCHES!

Timbits SOCCER

 Today, I am sharing my take on Laura's sketch.

This is my Little playing Timbit's Soccer, he was four so he just

HAD to wear number 4

I flipped the sketch and rearranged the photos to work for my page.

When I saw this sketch, I knew I was doing a soccer page immediately!!

When I found the photos I knew BoBunny: Zip-a-dee-doodle collection was perfect

- I love when pages fall into place so easily!!

The sequin mesh from stash works great too!

Here are some close ups:

 I mixed the title using a Silhouette cutfile and Paper House 3D Sticker

with some glitter to add a little fun.

I tucked in  an acetate camera accented with a "j"

I also tucked in a large soccer ball behind my title - I love how big they are but are

still not the focus of my layout.

 I tucked in a second die cut soccer ball, mixed in with some Jillibean Soup: Game Day Chili

 Pea Pod Parts (die cuts) perfect for documenting his game.

I stitched my page using #2.1 on my Girls' Pfaff (a twist on the triple stitch)

and layered up my photos, got messy with some Mr. Huey's Mist

and mixed in floating mini "4" stickers.

Canada Day - Stuck?! Sketches Design Team Reveal - July 1st

Hi there!

Happy CANADA Day

I am sharing my

STUCK?! Sketches!

Design Team REVEAL

CANADA DAY

My Little LOVES this photo!!!  I wanted to document it as we are 

PROUD to be CANADIAN

and always have a packed day of fun events

and photo ops

Fitting reveal today, being Canadas' BIRTHday

 A layered Silhouette cut file - I used a leaf in place of the "A"

in CanAda

I used pop-dots to give the maple leafs some depth

an over-sized 1 (for July 1st)

I cut Bazzill vellum and tucked them into the cardstock

dug out my Thickers foam letters

Used my new Unity stamp on my background.

BoBunny arrow was the perfect finishing touch to

add some attention to the amazing fireworks display.
