REALLY "MUSTACHE" & SCRAP

April 1st, I was truly BLESSED to sneak away for 3 full days of scrapping 

for the ScrapMuch? Spring Retreat at the beautiful Elm Hurst Inn

with my girls Ronna and Mom.
"this one's for the Girls!"

This page is screaming how silly we are and how much FUN

is to be had.

[ a little info to share, in order to make this weekend happen,

we were preparing for some major renos to be

completed while I was away,

my little would attempt his first solo, 2 night sleep away

and Easter Monday our basement flooded :(

needless to say, I forgot to sleep on Thursday

night but accomplished EVERYTHING!!]

Here are some close ups:

 I chose this Echo Park patterned paper (obviously!)

played with some acrylic paint and texture paste with

my Tim Holtz stencil.

My title is a smash up of: Fancy Pants mini-alphas, Mustache (I wore), 

Calico wooden veneer (altered) and Amy Tangerine Thickers (altered)

 I mixed in a film strip with a polaroid sleeve adding a stencil and acrylic paint,

Maya Roads metal mustache tied with red twine.

The addition of my mustache clip tops off this fun page!!

I tinted my kraft paper ric rac and tucked it behind my photos

and added Calico wooden veneer GO SEE DO

I had so much fun both creating this page and

spending an entire weekend scrapping.
